We strive to provide our clients with maximum flexibility by building to industry standards where they exist, and providing a wide range of qualified interfaces where they don’t. J&B Software’s Export module is designed to enable files to be imported into legacy back-end accounting systems and image archives (such as FileNet, InfoImage, etc.). Payment coupons and associated checks are scanned in Pass 1, during which images of both sides of each coupon and check are captured. The data and images are exported to the appropriate systems for future reference.

The Export program is responsible for deciding when the batches are ready for export and placing the images and associated index data in an export directory structure that is recognized by the customer’s archive system. The files are extracted using a special program that is available from the data entry menu system.

Our system adheres to The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards (X9.37, X9.100-140, X9.100-180) and interfaces to image exchange banks and exchange networks through APIs.
