Even with advanced technology, there
are items in each batch that will need correction. Data
Completion includes those steps and functions that are
performed on a PC workstation. Our goal is to make that
process as easy and productive as possible.
Image Data Entry
- All screens that display an image provide the capability
to flip, rotate, and zoom the image, through a menu
or a combination of keystrokes. Many of these screens
also show a smaller portion of the image enlarged
- for example, the courtesy amount box on a check.
The sizes of these image areas are configurable. In
functions that display data entry fields, the data
entry fields may be viewed in a row across the screen
or stacked vertically. The text associated with each
field may be changed.
The sequence of the steps, and which
functions your site uses, can be customized as a whole,
by pass, and by batch type. To provide the utmost
flexibility, all functions are accessed through a
series of menus, which can be tailored with respect
to content, text, and function sequence. Operators
see only those functions for which they have adequate
security, as defined through their user code.
iPage
Forms - Every organization processes a number
of paper-based transactions. And every paper transaction
is up to one hundred times more expensive to process.
For those transactions that are not easily electronified,
image-based forms processing changes the process without
changing the customer's behavior. Customers continue
to fill out and submit needed information, but they
see their transactions and inquiries completed on
a more timely basis and with less errors. At the same
time, billers and lockbox processors realize all of
the benefit of electronic payments without expensive
overhaul to computer systems.
