Our image based payment processing applications generate images and associated data. Quite often there is a need to archive these images and data and access it subsequently. Our Payment & Imaging Core capabilities allows for this by permitting data and images to be exported to an archive system on a continuous basis throughout the day in a staging process. The stage at which the data is to be exported can be specified through the workflow engine.

Images and data can be exported to our own Archive & NetQuery module or a separate enterprise archive system. Our Archive module provides the ability to archive detail data, check images, full page images etc. The archived data and images can be stored for days, months, or years depending upon the customer needs. The data and images can be stored on multiple storage medium such as hard disk, optical media or recordable CDs/DVDs. The stored data and images can then be viewed at any time using search filters and the image may be rotated, flipped, copied to the clipboard, zoomed, or printed.

If archived data needs to be viewed through the internet, then the NetQuery module can be used to allows the user to access and view archived data at a remote location using a standard Internet browser.
