Ram Ramakrishnan
Director

Ramakrishnan in addition to being the Senior Vice President Services and Solutions of J&B Software, Inc., also serves as a Director of J&B Software India.

Before joining J&B Software, Ramakrishnan spent his entire career with the Tata Group. During his tenure at Tata, he was heavily involved in IT services and business process outsourcing, joint venture relationships, partnership development and offshore services for financial and commercial organizations and the public sector. The Tata Group is India’s largest conglomerate and a pioneer in the field of software development, networking, hardware manufacture, software distribution and education.

Ramakrishnan holds a BS in physics, a BE degree in electrical engineering from IISc., Bangalore, India and an MBA in marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. He is also an executive council member of the International Engineering Consortium.

J Jagannadhan
Chief Operating Officer & Director

Jagannadhan is the Chief Operating Officer & Director of J&B Software India and he is responsible for developing the India operations and providing support to the existing client base in US. With 3i Infotech's acquisition of J&B Software, Jagannadhan, has also taken charge as Head of 3i Infotech's Chennai GDC managing the ERP and Insurance portfolios.

Jagan has 32 years of rich industry experience. As the Chief Operating Officer & Director of J&B Software India since 2005, he was responsible for nurturing the India operations, opening up new markets and providing support to the existing client base in US. Jagan’s extensive background in strategic and executive management extends back to his tenure with Tata Group where he has spent most of his career prior to joining J&B. During his tenure at Tata Infotech, he has held positions as National Manager, India. Later on, he took over as the Regional Director – US, spearheading North American Operations. Jagan has an excellent record of managing and motivating large teams and building executive level relationships.

Jagannadhan has a B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Chennai, India and MS (Industrial Management) from IIT, Chennai, India.

S L Kumar
Head – Sales

Kumar has over 27 years of experience in both Operations and Sales & Marketing roles. He has held key responsibilities in diverse business sectors.

He started his career with Steel India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai followed by stints with distinguished organizations such as Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd., Aegis Chemical Industries, and HCL before moving to Tata Infotech Ltd, Dubai, as Deputy General Manager (Systems Integration Division) where he was responsible for client relations and business development.

Kumar holds a bachelors degree in Science from Bombay University.
